Additional rulesTourism tax charged is refundable for Malaysians with proof of ID.There will be a cleaning fee of RM500 charged to guests if smoking is detected, and this includes the unit smelling of smoke.If found that guests have organised a party, there will be an extra cleaning fee of RM500 charged.No additional guests allowed other than what was declared.No shoes in the house.No verbal or physical abuse.Lost access cards/keys will incur a RM300 fee. Please be careful with the cards/keys.Kindly note that latest checkout at 11am unless otherwise agreed.Quiet hour from 9pm-8am.If complaints of noise are received by security, the building management will strictly levy a fine of RM200 to the guest.If a vehicle is clamped due to illegal parking, the building management will levy a fee of RM100 to unclamp the vehicle.Note that the sky pool will be closed for regular maintenance between 7 - 9am every Mon/Wed/Fri.Guests will improper swim wear will not be allowed to enter the pool. DepositA deposit of RM300 for 1 & 2 Bed room units.A deposit of RM500 for 3 & 4 Bed room units.Deposit to be made prior to check-in via Bank Transfer / Credit Card. We will communicate for deposit collection via email or Whatsapp.Unit details and access card will only be given once deposit is made, please make all arrangement prior to arriving at the property to have a pleasant check-in.No cash deposit will be accepted. Strictly no smoking & no durian in the unit.Strictly no dumping garbage outside of the house door.Strictly no group gathering/party in the unit & at the corridor.Strictly no loud noises in the house after 9.00 pm.Strictly no pets allowed.Vehicles must be parked at the designated parking lots, otherwise, they will be clamped.There is no luggage storage area if you arrive early.
