All our rooms come in different sizes, please take extra note of the exact room that you have booked. Our rooms are commonly and generally categorized into 3 types: Big, Medium, and Small Upon confirmation of booking, please get in touch with our Reservation Officer to confirm you have booked the correct room. The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. We'd like to ask guests to contact the property directly for check-in instructions. Our on-site operating hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. After that, we provide self-check-in guidelines for your convenience. Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit of MYR 200 per room is required. You may settle this deposit in cash, and it will be refunded to you in cash upon check-out. Our staff is available to handle cash transactions between 9 AM and 9 PM. Other Payment options include credit cards (we will provide a secure payment link), Malaysia DuitNow, or e-wallets/China AliPay (WeChat is not accepted). Refund Processing Time (Approximate) -Bank Transfers (Malaysia banks only)/ China AliPay: 5 to 7 working days.Credit Card Refunds: 7 to 14 working days (subject to the policy of the card issuer).
