Herewith, we would like to share an important update from BarceloWhale Lagoon Maldives.Recent checks have identified a discrepancy between the morningdeparture time for Air Arabia’s Winter Season service from Malé (26 October to28 March 2026) as published by MACL and the timings reflected on tickets issuedby the airline. While MACL lists the G9 morning departure from MLE as 08:50,Air Arabia ticketing indicates a 09:10 departure. This difference has understandably caused some confusion for resortreservations teams. Please note that an 08:50 departure does not allowsufficient time to ensure a safe and timely seaplane connection in the morning.As per operational guidelines, seaplane transfers can only be guaranteed forinternational flights departing after 09:00. To avoid any inconvenience for guests, we recommend that partnersprioritise bookings on G9 912, departing at 14:20, as this timing provides amore reliable and comfortable connection window.
